Terms and conditions of products purchased online or in person
Purchasers must inform irishchristmastrees.com in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the product if the product is faulty or substandard .Purchasers must return the product in good condition in it's original box within 3 working days (artificial trees) . For real trees customers must examine the real tree when it arrives and make sure they are happy with the tree.If you are not satisfied at the time of delivery we will replace the tree free of charge .
Real trees are a natural product , customers must make sure that the real tree is not placed beside radiators .Real trees that dry out will be replaced at a cost.Our couriers who deliver our real trees expect the location and the path to the location be clear of all obstacles they will be careful but they are not responsible for any damage or mess caused when instaling the real tree. It is the customers responsibility to protect their property when taking delivery of a real Christmas tree.
Decorated trees
Any complaints about decorated trees must be made at the time of installation.
Please make sure that you are happy with the quality and number of decorations.
If our decorators have to redecorate there will be a charge.
